committed to protecting the information collected from you.
To further this commitment, we have adopted an Online
Privacy Policy that guides how we collect, use, and disclose
the information you provide to Imagine-Center online. For
our information practices with respect to children under 13,
please see our children's section below.
The websites and information covered by this
Privacy Policy:
This Privacy Policy currently applies to the following
websites operated by Imagine-Center:
www.Imagine-Center.com
In addition, Imagine-Center may own several other domain
names that point to the website listed above. From time to
time, we may add new sites and will take reasonable steps to
update the list.
Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to
information submitted and collected online through the
website(s) listed above, and does not apply to information
that may be collected by Imagine-Center offline. In
addition, this Privacy Policy applies only to sites
maintained by Imagine-Center and not to websites maintained
by other companies or organizations to which we link.
Imagine-Center is therefore not responsible for the content
or activities provided on such sites.
What types of information does Imagine-Center
collect and how will it be used?
In order to give you the best experience on our site,
Imagine-Center may collect information about you, but only
if you voluntarily provide it to us. Typically, we may ask a
user to submit personal and/or demographic information, and
it will usually take the form of either: (1) community
registration; (2) product registration;(3) email
correspondence with product support/customer service; (4)
polls or surveys; and/or, (5) personal information submitted
in a business capacity (e.g., resumes). The types of
information that may be requested for each activity and the
way the information may be used are detailed below.
§ Community Registration
To register on our site, we may ask you to provide personal
information such as your email address. We may also collect
demographic information including your date of birth,
username and password, occupation and interests, and the
city in which you live. The information that you submit
during registration will: (a) make up your profile; (b)
allow you to use our message board, and participate in other
activities on our site (e.g., contests and sweepstakes, or
game-specific events); and, (3) allow us to send you, via
email, news about products, features and enhancements,
special offers, upgrade opportunities, and contents and
events of interest.
Please note that the information (e.g., email address,
username, occupation, and interests) contained in your
profile (i.e., that you provide when registering) may be
viewable to other users of Imagine-Center's message board.
We cannot and do not guarantee that this information will be
kept confidential or private. If you do not want the public
to see this information, please leave the information blank
at the time of registration or choose to make your email
address not visible for public.
§ Product Registration
To register a Imagine-Center product on our website, you
will be required to submit your name, email address, home
address, and telephone number and serial key. You may also be asked to
answer demographic questions relating to your age,
information about the product you purchased, the type of
console you own or website, and the types of games you enjoy playing.
The information that you submit during product registration
will entitle you to limited warranty protection and
technical support. Unless you opt out at the time of
registration, we may also use your registration information
to send you, via email, news about products, features and
enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, and
contents and events of interest.
§ Email Correspondence
Imagine-Center may collect and temporarily store personal
information that you voluntarily submit to us via email when
contacting Customer Service. For example, we provide on our
site a link through which an online visitor can send e-mail
to customer service addressing any issue a user encounters
with a Imagine-Center product. Any personal information
contained in such email is used by Imagine-Center for the
sole purpose of responding to your question. Although most
e-mail messages are deleted immediately after they are
responded to, in certain cases, hard copies or data from
certain e-mail correspondence may be kept on file for
security purposes. Any such copy or data will also be stored
in a secure location, and information from these messages
will not be used for marketing purposes.
§ Polls/Surveys
From time to time, we may ask you for your opinion about our
games or other products and services in the form of polls or
surveys. Your responses to these polls help us provide
products and services of interest to you. We do not request
personal information such as your name in connection with
these polls.
§ Resumes
Imagine-Center provides on its website an email address that
visitors can use to send us their resumes. Personal
information collected from resumes will be used for the
purpose of accepting and evaluating candidate submissions
for job postings and may therefore be shared within our
company. Other than as explained above, this Privacy Policy
does not apply to personal information gathered through
resumes.
Unless noted otherwise, we may also use your personal and
demographic information for our internal marketing and
demographic studies, so we can constantly improve the
products and services we provide you and to better meet your
needs.
From time to time, we are approached by third-party
companies and organizations that provide products or
services that we believe may be of interest to you. To
extend these products or services to you, we may use your
personal information to send out notices on their behalf. We
strive to limit the notices and communications to those that
we think you would appreciate receiving.
No matter what method we use to collect information and
no matter how we use that information, we will only collect
the information deemed reasonably necessary to fulfill your
online requests and our legitimate business objectives.
What happens if I refuse to provide my personal
information to Imagine-Center?
If you choose not to submit personal information when
requested, you may not be able to participate in certain
activities on our site and may considerably limit the
services we can provide you. For example, if you refuse to
provide your email address when registering, you will not be
able to use our message boards. To simply use our site,
however, you do not need to give us any personal
information.
Does Imagine-Center use cookies, track IP
addresses or use other passive means to collect information?
Cookies
Imagine-Center may use cookies to improve the use of our
websites. A "cookie" is a small file or record-keeping
device that websites often store on a user's computer.
Storage of cookies on your system provides an easy and
convenient method for us to personalize your experience on
our websites. For example, cookies allow us to remember your
screen name, tell us that you have visited our website
before, and may contain information that will make your next
visit to our website more enjoyable. However, we do not use
cookies to store personal information such as your name. In
addition, Imagine-Center will not use cookies to retrieve
information from your computer that was not originally sent
in a cookie. You can always disable cookies or set your
browser to alert you when cookies are being sent to your
computer.
IP Addresses
Imagine-Center may also collect your IP address for safety
and security purposes. An IP address is a number that is
used by computers on the network to identify your computer
every time you log on to the Internet.
Log Files
The only other information collected passively by
Imagine-Center is in the form of logs - files that record
Web site activity, including how many "hits" a particular
Web page is getting (a.k.a. "click-through data"). For
example, log file entries are generated every time a visitor
clicks an image on our site. These entries are generated
anonymously, and enable Imagine-Center to assess overall
site activity, track interest in particular portions of our
site, troubleshoot technical concerns, and identify the type
of browser you are using. We may also use the log file
entries for our internal marketing and demographic studies,
so we can constantly improve the products and services we
provide you. Log files are used internally only, and are not
associated with any particular user or with any personal
information.
Who is collecting my personal information?
The information that you disclose while visiting any of our
websites is collected by Imagine-Center Digital
Entertainment, or one of its vendors on Imagine-Center's
behalf, and is used in the manner specified above.
With whom does Imagine-Center share my personal
information?

parent, subsidiary, or affiliate companies for purposes of
internal marketing and demographic studies, which help us
improve and tailor the products and services we provide you.
From time to time, Imagine-Center may employ and share
your personal information with entities who use it solely to
provide support for the internal operations of
Imagine-Center website(s) (e.g., message board operation and
product registration storage).
Your personal information may also be shared with third
parties -- typically businesses involved in the
entertainment, food, clothing, media, or Internet industries
-- so that they can either assist us in notifying you about
special promotions or co-sponsor a promotion being offered
on our site. We require all such third parties to agree to
maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the
personal information they obtain from us. If you do not want
us to share your information, please opt-out from such
sharing at the time the information is collected.
We may disclose personal information in the good faith
belief that we are required to do so by law, or that doing
so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes;
respond to any claims; or, to protect the rights, property,
or personal safety of Imagine-Center, our customers, or the
public.
In addition, information about our customers 13 years old
or older, including personal information, may be disclosed
as part of any merger, sale, transfer of company assets,
acquisition, or bankruptcy.
What is Imagine-Center's policy regarding links
to third party sites?
You should be aware that while you are on a website operated
by Imagine-Center, you may be directed to other sites
(usually retailers such as Amazon) that are beyond our
control and for which we are not responsible. Because we
cannot guarantee that the privacy policies of these websites
meet our high standards and the requirements of the ESRB
Privacy Online Program, we recommend that you read the
privacy policy of the website to which you link before you
submit any personal information.
Can I choose how my personal information is used?
If you do not want Imagine-Center or any third party to send
you product updates and other company information, and/or if

parent's or guardian's email address, parent's or guardian's
telephone number. Imagine-Center may also collect
demographic information about a child such as the child's
date of birth, location, homepage, and other preferences;
and, combine such information with the child's personal
information. Imagine-Center will only collect this
information if it is voluntarily submitted to us by the
child and provided with the parent's permission. We do not
gather personal information about a child through the use of
passive collection mechanisms such as cookies. For more
information on how we use cookies and other information
collection tools, please click here.
The information that a child provides on his/her
registration form may be used to: (a) make up the child's
profile; (b) allow the child to use our message board, and
participate in other activities on our site (e.g., contests,
or game-specific events); and, (3) allow us to send the
child, via email, news about products, features and
enhancements, special offers, upgrade opportunities, and
contents and events of interest.
Please note that we are prohibited from conditioning a
child's participation in an activity - like message boards -
on the child's disclosure of more personal information than
is reasonably necessary to participate in the activity. In
addition, parents have the ability to consent to the
collection of the child's information without consenting to
the disclosure of that information to third parties. To read
about the steps Imagine-Center takes to protect the
confidentiality, security, and integrity of the children's
personal information, please click here.
In some instances, a child may be allowed to submit
information to us online even without their parents' prior
permission. For example, Imagine-Center does not require
verifiable parental consent if a child under 13 wishes to
use the Product Support feature of our site. The information
collected in these areas is used to fulfill a one-time
request from the child (e.g., answer the child's technical
support question) and is deleted once that request has been
fulfilled.
